Cupcakes!

I recently went home for Christmas and got into baking and decorating cupcakes. I LOVE IT! It's a lot less batter, mess and less waiting to decorate when they are done baking.

I made three types of cupcakes: a red velvet cupcake with creme cheese frosting and peppermint garnish, a banana cupcake with banana butter cream frosting and caramel/fried banana garnish AND a gingerbread cupcake with butter cream frosting (perfect for the holidays). They all tasted amazing and looked great! Enjoy the photos below!
